		<description>Take care of your knee. I know it&#039;s hard to take time off running but I have a good friend who had a sore knee, and did everything right - rest, physiotherapist etc, and she was doing 10k runs really well. She did her first half marathon last weekend, and reinjured her knee and is back to the start. I&#039;ve learned to be cautious.

Well done on getting to 5k, it&#039;s quite a milestone!</description>
